Normal turn-around time is 2-5 weeks after approval of printing layout or physical pre-production sample. It depends on the order quantity.
Once a Project is submitted, upon your quote request, we take your bag project specs (i.e. quantity, material, size, logo) and prepare a quote-estimate for you within 1-2 business days.

The material choices for the bags are: Laminated non-woven pp, Laminated woven pp, Laminated RPET, Cotton, Canvas, PET, non-woven PP, Polyester, Nylon, PU, PVC and ect. All of these materials are recyclable and eco-friendly.
1) For large quantities, we can use an sea freight service. The destination of the shipment will be the nearest international seaport. We will arrange for a trucking company to pick the shipment up at the seaport and deliver to the client’s warehouse.
2) DHL, UPS and FedEx can also be used for door-to-door shipping of smaller quantities. These options are more expensive, but delivery time is shorter and more reliable.
3) Standard Courier: 3-5 Days
Standard Air delivery: 4-7 Days
Standard Sea delivery: 18-35 Days.
Yes. Our standard packaging is 200 pieces per carton, but custom packaging is also available.

Usually, our clients ask us to tweak a few specs on the bag, whether it be colors, layout, or artwork changes. Sometimes, they even ask us to combine the top half of one concept with the bottom half of another.
Whatever the revision, big or small, we will continue to revise your bag designs until you fall in love.
Yes, a virtual (digital) sample is provided for each confirmed order. For orders with critical color, a physical pre-production sample can be ordered at an additional cost. Ordering a physical pre-production sample will add 2-3 weeks to the total time required to produce your order, due to separate set-ups and the time required for international shipping on the physical pre-production sample.
A printing layout will be provided within 24 hours of receiving your artwork. A physical pre-production sample usually takes 3-7days - to make the printing plates, produce the sample, then delivery to your door.
Most custom items are not available as samples.
Similar random bags can be provided at no charge. Laminated material switches are also available at request. Carrier's account number is required for express shipping and 3+ samples.
Once the full order is confirmed, a 30% order deposit is due.
The balance is due when production is complete and before shipped.
